Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HSE/engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in roles involving health, safety and environment.

Responsibilities

• Build line management understanding of safety processes and drive HSE excellence on site.
• Support site by sharing HSE knowledge through training, audits and incident investigations.
• Guide management to implement HSE policies, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and foster a strong safety culture.
• Lead site safety activities, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the deployment of the HSE strategy for the site and entity.
