Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma and 8+ years in HSE or E&P settings.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR; able to pass background checks.
• Ability to pass a respiratory fit test if required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; professional HSE certifications valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior HSE leadership for assets, regions or activities and coach teams.
• Lead and coordinate investigations, risk assessments and incident reporting.
• Drive implementation and continuous improvement of HSE programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and effective use of PPE, tools, and systems.
• Lead contractor safety interfaces, audits, and regulatory interactions.
• Develop, deliver, and coordinate safety training and communications.
