Brown & Root Industrial Services seeks a Sr. HSE Inspector to support the Site Team in fostering a ZERO Harm culture and deliver comprehensive HSE training across all levels of the workforce.

The role entails developing training modules, presenting materials, maintaining training records, and coordinating schedules to ensure timely training expirations. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 5-7 years HSE experience with certifications/qualifications.
• 3-5 years in classroom training for maintenance/construction environments.
• General computer skills (email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to access training portals and government/state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop HSE training modules from company/client procedures and regulations.
• Deliver HSE training to all employee levels.
• Maintain training matrix and schedule sessions.
• Maintain Incident Management System for site entries.
• Participate in safety meetings and audits.
