Job summary

You will monitor data trends, assist in regulatory updates, and collaborate with customers and project teams to meet HSE requirements. A technical degree and 5+ years in an OSHA-focused safety role are expected.

Qualifications

• Technical or engineer degree required.
• Additional safety certifications or designations beneficial.
• 5+ years experience in OSHA standards and safety roles.
• Strong understanding of OSHA, VPP, NIOSH, NFPA and related bodies.
• Ability to analyze data and derive safe solutions.
• Knowledge of Workers' Compensation and Return-to-Work processes.

Responsibilities

• Participate in clause-by-clause reviews to identify HSE requirements for projects.
• Drive HSE compliance during project phases and lead reviews.
• Develop and maintain HSE Plans and safety documents.
• Organize client EHS requirements for projects.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of safety and quality systems.
• Provide HSE training to project resources on- and off-site.
• Implement environmental management to reduce impact (emissions, energy use).
• Lead investigations and root-cause analyses to prevent injuries.
• Maintain documentation tracking HSE tasks across projects.
• Support crisis management communication across stakeholders.
• Conduct HSE audits and track TRIR metrics across projects.
