Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) seeks a seasoned HSE Assurance Manager to lead and oversee health, safety, and environmental assurance across complex projects and operations in a construction/industrial setting. You will drive compliance, auditing, and continuous improvement with a focus on Zero Harm.

The role requires strategic direction, strong stakeholder management, and collaboration with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure safe and successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 12+ years in HSE, assurance, compliance, risk management, or safety.
• Minimum 4+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience building HSE assurance programs on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HSE assurance frameworks and reporting.
• Lead HSE assurance programs across large, complex projects.
• Drive Zero Harm culture through leadership and accountability.
• Coordinate with contractors and clients on HSE expectations.
• Conduct audits, analyze findings, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide reports to project leadership on HSE performance and improvements.
