Job summary

Rolling Arrays - Consulting seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large HRTech transformation programmes, spanning multiple vendors and delivery teams. You will define governance structures, manage executive relationships, and drive programme-level decisions in a complex, global environment.

The role requires deep experience in HRTech deployments (SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle) with a track record of shaping governance and delivering enterprise-scale outcomes.

Qualifications

• Programme governance at scale and ability to enforce governance frameworks.
• Executive presence with C-suite relationships and steering committee leadership.
• Commercial stewardship: manage margins, resourcing, and scope across a programme.
• Enterprise risk ownership and escalation protocols for large transformations.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing PMO teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-workstream HRTech transformations spanning vendors and offshore/onshore teams.
• Define governance model and reporting cadence to prevent surprises across workstreams.
• Manage C-suite and senior client relationships; drive steering committee decisions.
• Drive enterprise risk management, cutover planning, and go/no-go decisions.
• Coach and develop PMs; uplift PMO capability and delivery standards.
• Protect programme margins and resource planning across the portfolio.
