Job summary

Akraya, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Product Engineer (HRIS) to advance our HR Technology stack. The role focuses on enhancing HRIS platforms, improving employee experience, and enabling global HR initiatives spanning Core HCM, Talent, Compensation, Recruiting, PM, and Learning.

The candidate will drive HRIS roadmaps, implement integrations, and ensure data quality and privacy while delivering scalable, user-friendly solutions for global HR teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HRIS administration, data analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong experience with HRIS like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or ADP.
• Experience with reporting/analytics tools such as Tableau, Cognos, Excel, or Power BI.
• Strong SQL and data-troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with data connectors, orchestration, APIs, and system integrations.
• Solid understanding of HR processes, data integrity, privacy, and data management.
• Experience implementing and optimizing HR technology solutions including HRIS, LMS, ATS, and PM systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive product roadmap and feature implementations across HRIS platforms, including Onboarding/Offboarding, Benefits, PM, Recruiting/ATS, and LMS.
• Evaluate and implement technology solutions to enhance the HR technology stack.
• Design scalable integrations using APIs, data connectors, and architectural best practices.
• Continuously improve HR platforms for efficiency, scalability, data quality, and UX.
• Design scalable solutions across global geographies with simple UX and strong adoption.
• Serve as an SME across HR modules including HCM, Recruiting, PM, and Learning.
