Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
8+ years of HRIS administration experience in professional services.
2+ years of people management experience.
1+ year of HRIS project management and systems implementation.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day administration of HR systems (UKG, ViDesktop, PolicyTech); testing, configuration updates, troubleshooting.
Provide ongoing support, resolve end-user issues, perform scheduled maintenance, and propose improvements.
Develop and maintain reports and queries with high accuracy.
Ensure data integrity across HR, Accounting, Finance and internal systems.
Lead integrations, communications, and updates for HRIS initiatives.
