Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee configuration, implementation, and maintenance of HRIS platforms.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage system upgrades and issue resolution with IT and Total Rewards.
• Develop HR dashboards and scorecards for leadership.
• Translate HR data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Support workforce planning and performance analytics.
• Maintain data privacy compliance and audit readiness.
• Support internal and external HRIS audits.
