The role requires 7+ years in HR, strong advisory skills, and a proven ability to influence leaders. The position offers a hybrid in-office schedule and a path to scale HR programs in a growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in HR, business, or organizational development.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP or equivalent leadership.
• Experience partnering with operational leaders to support performance, effectiveness, and workforce strategy.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Operations leadership, aligning people strategy with business goals.
• Identify talent risks and opportunities; translate insights into practical HR solutions.
• Coach leaders on performance, engagement, accountability, and organizational health.
• Lead leadership development, succession planning, and workforce analytics initiatives.
• Navigate multi-state compliance and complex employment practices across markets.
• Collaborate across the People Team to scale processes and improve operating effectiveness.
