Brothersdesserts in Irvine is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to partner hands-on with our manufacturing operations, primarily hourly team members. The role emphasizes employee relations, manager coaching, and building frontline leadership capability across shifts.

You will advise plant leaders, lead investigations, address performance and attendance, and deliver practical training. This five-days-on-site position requires strong California employment law knowledge and bilingual

Competenze

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with hands-on employee relations.
• Experience supporting manufacturing or hourly workforce.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations.
• Ability to coach frontline supervisors and managers.
• Strong knowledge of CA wage-and-hour requirements.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Sound judgment handling sensitive issues in a fast-paced operation.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary HR partner for plant leadership, supervisors, and team members on employee relations matters.
• Manage employee relations issues from intake through resolution, including workplace concerns, attendance, performance, conduct, policy violations, conflict, and corrective action.
• Conduct thorough, timely, and objective workplace investigations and recommend appropriate actions based on findings, policy, and employment requirements.
• Ensure corrective actions and employment decisions are fair, well documented, and communicated.
• Identify trends and partner with leaders to address root causes across shifts.
• Partner with Operations to strengthen frontline leadership capability and improve consistency.
• Coach managers through performance, attendance, conduct, accountability, conflict, and feedback; navigate difficult conversations.
• Facilitate training on employee relations, performance management, and CA employment requirements.
• Support onboarding and development of new supervisors and managers.
• Collaborate with Safety/EHS on workplace safety and employee matters.
