Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field.
• Two years of experience in talent development, learning and development, employee engagement, or organizational effectiveness.
• Alternatively, Bachelor’s degree with five years of relevant experience.
• Experience designing enterprise-level engagement initiatives and using data/analytics to inform decisions.
• Managing external vendors or platforms for coaching or learning.
• Using analytics tools such as Power BI for program assessment.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and engagement initiatives for ERGs aligned to inclusion goals.
• Deploy AI-powered coaching platforms and manage external vendors.
• Design, manage, and analyze the annual employee engagement survey.
• Leverage analytics to measure program effectiveness and inform strategy.
• Oversee onboarding redesign to improve time-to-productivity and new-hire satisfaction.
