Echodyne Corp in Kirkland, WA, is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business goals across Sales, Marketing and International teams.

You will lead employee relations, talent development, leadership coaching, and workforce planning while ensuring compliance with multi-jurisdiction laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HRBP.
• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or other professional services.
• Experience with international employees via Employers of Record (EORs).
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.
• Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret HR data.
• Proficiency with HRIS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and International leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Advise leaders on organizational design and workforce planning.
• Lead employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
• Support leaders in driving employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives.
• Coach managers on performance and development.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring strategies and onboarding.
• Support onboarding and integration efforts to ensure positive experiences.
• Identify capability gaps and develop learning and development strategies.
• Lead succession planning and talent reviews to strengthen leadership pipelines.
• Support organizational changes, restructurings and international workforce planning.
• Collaborate on compensation planning and merit processes, ensuring internal equity.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with laws across jurisdictions, working with EORs and stakeholders.
• Maintain HR documentation and support audits.
• Act as a role model for ethical leadership and HR practices.
• Other related tasks required to fulfill business needs.
