Qualifications

• Experience interpreting Oregon rules, statutes, policies, and federal employment laws.
• Advising managers on performance management and corrective actions.
• Conducting personnel investigations and handling complex leave events.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage employee relations services for one or more institutions.
• Consult with managers on hiring, investigations, discipline, and performance management.
• Coordinate between employees, management, unions, and stakeholders.
• Apply state laws, policies, and federal acts including FMLA, ADA, FLSA.

Education

Master's degree in HRM or related field

Bachelor's degree in relevant field

6 years HR experience (4 at professional level)

SHRM-CP certification

PSHRA-CP certification
