Job summary
Capital Group in Charlotte is seeking a Human Resources Senior Analyst to help translate enterprise HR priorities into practical actions and scalable solutions. You will partner with HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence, HR Operations and business leaders to deliver standardized, high-impact HR support.
You will drive cyclical talent processes, turn data into insights, and simplify processes to scale services.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience, preferably as an HR Generalist.
- Experience coaching, supporting and developing talent.
- Partnered with managers and HR teams to build high-performing teams and talent pipelines.
- Ability to conduct HR trend analysis with large data sets.
- Translate data into actionable insights and scalable solutions.
- Balance business context with enterprise standards; drive process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
