Komatsu seeks a Senior Manager to lead HR transformation and the strategic programs portfolio, partnering with CHRO and HR leadership to drive execution discipline and value realization. You will govern cross-functional initiatives, improve decision speed, and sustain enterprise-wide transformation while ensuring confidentiality and controls.

The role requires onsite presence in Milwaukee/Chicago with travel and strong executive communication to deliver governance materials and KPI-focused

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development or related field.
8+ years in HR transformation, strategy, or portfolio leadership.
Exposure to multiple HR disciplines (talent, learning, rewards, HR tech).
Strong executive communication and governance material development.

Responsibilities

Design and manage the HR transformation portfolio operating model (intake, prioritization, governance).
Evaluate portfolio data, identify risks, frame recommendations, and prepare executive materials.
Lead governance discussions on tradeoffs, risks, and decision closure.
Resolve barriers and coordinate cross-functional initiatives across the enterprise.
Partner with sponsors to define success measures and adoption outcomes.
Establish agile portfolio practices and AI-enabled methods to speed decisions.
