Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Sr. Manager, HR Technology (Workday Integrations) to lead the strategy and delivery of Lennar’s Workday ecosystem.

You will act as a senior SME across HCM, Payroll, and Benefits, partnering with HR, IT, Payroll, and Finance to drive scalable, secure integrations. You will lead a team of HR technology professionals, establish best practices, and partner with external vendors to ensure reliable, innovative solutions that improve the Associate experience and data integrity

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive HR/tech product management experience.
• Experience leading Workday integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Core HCM, Payroll, and Benefits.
• Ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Direct the Workday integration strategy and roadmap.
• Lead and mentor the HR technology team of professionals.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, Finance and external vendors to deliver reliable solutions.
• Establish integration standards, data governance, and security controls.
• Ensure timely delivery of roadmap releases and product goals.
