Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Sr HR Business Partner—System to strategically align business objectives with employees and management across designated departments and facilities. You will serve as an evidence-based consultant on HR issues including employee relations, labor relations, performance management, and policy application, while mentoring junior HR staff as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with minimum 3 years HR or leadership experience.
Masters degree or equivalent experience/certifications in HR preferred.
HR generalist experience across multiple areas including compensation, benefits, employee/labor relations, and talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

Strategically align business objectives with employees and management across designated departments and facilities.
Serve as an evidence-based consultant on HR-related issues such as employee relations, labor relations, performance management, and policy application.
Act as a change agent and partner with management and Centers of Excellence to deliver value-added HR services.
Provide coaching and development to leaders and employees on a variety of topics including management skills and communications.
Promote and integrate CommonSpirit Health culture standards into practices to foster a positive work environment.
Collaborate with CoEs to support business goals, objectives, and outcomes.
