• Frame the tradeoff so a busy executive can choose in sixty seconds.
• Develop and track KPIs that measure progress against Marathon Petroleum objectives.
• Set the targets Mankato, MN teams are measured against and make them fair.
• Argue the playfully-serious option even when the room already loves the safe one.
