Petco Animal Supplies, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, HR Services to lead an evolving HR Services function, define practices, ensure compliance, and improve efficiency with a data-driven, customer-centric approach.

You will partner with HR COEs and Operations from planning through implementation and change management, affecting partner experience and productivity. You will drive scalable processes, manage the HR Services team, and deliver insights through analytics, while maintaining strict

Qualifications

• 8+ years across HR functions including LOA, Benefits, Compensation and Payroll.
• 2+ years of people leadership/management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical capabilities with data reporting and problem solving.
• Consultative guidance on LOA, Benefits, Compensation and Payroll.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to influence across geographies and teams; adaptable and confidential.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Workday.
• Advanced degree and global HR experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement scalable, compliant HR shared services processes.
• Lead HR Services team to ensure accurate and timely employee requests.
• Manage vendor relationships and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design HR Services SLAs, policies and end-user training materials.
• Produce metrics and use HR Analytics to address gaps and pain points.
• Oversee HR Compliance including I-9s and data retention.
• Collaborate with HR COE to implement new shared services with workflow integration.
• Review SOPs annually and keep materials updated and accessible.
• Serve as knowledge expert on HR Services projects and initiatives.
• Resolve complex non-routine HR Services issues and communicate actions.
