You will guide the use of division technology for HR functions, LMS, survey platforms, and employee data processes, while coordinating division activities such as strategic planning and leadership meetings.

You will manage cross-functional projects, coordinate teams, maintain SharePoint sites, use Workday and Qualtrics for forms, reports, surveys and dashboards, and provide

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum four years of operations, financial analysis or project management experience.
• Experience with SharePoint Online and access management.
• Experience with HR systems like Workday and building reports.
• Proficiency with Qualtrics surveys.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of intermediate sized, moderately complex projects with cross functional teams.
• Coordinates project teams, resources, plans and ensures timely completion with quality.
• Maintains SharePoint sites, manages access, and supports workflows.
• Uses Workday to process forms, run reports, and support case submissions.
• Builds surveys and dashboards with Qualtrics and provides analytical support.
