This position offers a base salary range of $76,512 - $127,520 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance.

This role qualifies for a remote work arrangement within our 7 state footprint (PA, OH, MI, WV, VA, MD, NC).

OVERVIEW

Responsible for the management of key projects with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope, while maintaining good relationships with the customers, project team members, and third parties / vendors.

RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)

1. Work with appropriate customers to identify and coordinate new system developments and / or enhancements.

2. Develop project scope of work documents and project plans that minimally include an analysis of benefit, cost, work schedule and any related risks of the project.

3. Assigns, schedules, trains, reviews, and monitors project work to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time and within budget.

4. Identify the roles of project team members, project reporting structures and frequency of interaction and any training requirements that may be needed for a team member to complete a project.

5. Define the responsibilities of parties involved in the project including customers, management, project team, vendors and others affected by the project.

6. Identify, track, monitor and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of projects.

7. Maintains effective communication and working relationships with customers and project team members.

8. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

9. Develop system review schedules, audits and acceptance tests for each phase of a project.

10. Successfully manage the relationship with the customer and all stakeholders, along with third parties / vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS

(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Engineering, Organizational Leadership, or an applicable Business area required.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years related experience required; technical experience in software development and web technologies preferred.

• Previous working experience in utilizing Project Management Methodologies required
