Job summary

QXO, a leading building products distributor, is seeking a Sr. HR Operations Program Manager in Coppell, TX to lead complex HR programs and M&A integrations.

You will partner with HR leadership, Shared Services, and cross-functional teams to design scalable HR solutions aligned with organizational strategy. You will apply strong program management discipline and deep HR knowledge to integrate people, process, and technology, ensuring effective communication and sustained results across HR

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in HR operations or HR program management.
• Proven track record managing large-scale HR programs including M&A integrations.
• Strong program management skills with frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
• Demonstrated expertise in process improvement and change management.
• Solid understanding of HR domains (HRIS, Employee Relations, Org Development, Shared Services).
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Program & Project Leadership: lead HR programs across the enterprise including M&A integrations and Shared Services initiatives.
• Continuous Process Improvement: map processes, perform root-cause analysis, and drive automation to improve HR service delivery.
• Stakeholder & Change Management: advise leaders, plan communications and training to support adoption.
• HR Expertise & Integration: align programs with HR policies, compliance, and system integrations.
