• One year of Staff Specialist or Supervisory experience with described responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, control and coordinate a major sub segment of a human resources management program; supervise subordinates.
• Develop program activities, evaluate results, and brief management on progress of developmental projects.
