Real Time Consulting, LLC (RTC) in Phoenix, AZ seeks a seasoned Human Resource Manager to partner with the CFO on HR and business operations. You will oversee HR data, benefits administration, multi-state payroll, and recruiting processes, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

The role demands extensive HR administration experience, strong policy and procedure skills, and the ability to lead complex projects across environments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years of Payroll processing.
• 10+ Years relevant and proven work experience in a corporate HR Management role with responsibilities in HR, Benefits, and Recruiting.
• 10+ Years in HR administration and compliance.
• PHR Certification active; SPHR certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of HR compliance, employment laws and best practices.
• Knowledge of Health Benefits and 401k plan administration guidelines.
• Experience in disciplinary investigations and documentation.
• Strong policy writing and procedural skills.
• Advanced MS Word and Excel proficiency.
