Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced environments.
• Strong employee relations experience with investigations.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Ability to build partnerships with leaders and associates.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operations leaders and associates on employee relations and HR guidance.
• Maintain a visible floor presence through regular walkthroughs and engagement.
• Investigate, document, and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Support onboarding, performance management, engagement initiatives, and surveys.
• Ensure consistent application of policies and employment practices.
• Collaborate with the Arizona Distribution Center HR Generalist for cross-site alignment.
• Assist with HR communications and newsletters.
• Handle HR compliance processes including unemployment claims and leave administration.
• Flexibility for second-shift and peak periods including holidays.
