Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume HR transactions in the firm's PeopleSoft HCM system.
• Process lifecycle changes: hires, promotions, transfers, terminations, benefits enrollments.
• Maintain demographic and personal data with high confidentiality and accuracy.
• Develop deep knowledge of PeopleSoft workflows and HR processes for issue resolution.
• Support payroll-related processes and deadlines.
• Assist with onboarding programs and benefits administration.
• Generate HR reports and perform data audits across HR, Payroll, Benefits.
