Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced HR leader in the United States to implement comprehensive HR programs across staffing, compensation, benefits, and learning. You will collect and analyze HR data, partner with recruiting, and work with executives to drive performance improvements.

The role requires 7+ years of related experience, BS/BA, and relevant certifications. Occasional travel, strategic policy integration during acquisitions, and leadership of professional staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
• Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• May require certification.
• Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
• Ability to travel overnight 20% to 50% of the time.
• Professional methods, business principles, and practical experience.
• Ability to analyze and investigate HR-related solutions.
• Ability to manage a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervise support staff.

Responsibilities

• Implement HR programs and policies covering staffing, compensation, benefits, associate relations, and learning
• Collect and analyze HR data and make recommendations to management
• Communicate HR programs to the area of responsibility
• Partner with the Staffing Department on employment needs and recruiting
• Work with business leadership and department management on performance improvement
• Integrate HR policies and procedures during acquisitions
• Build internal partnerships to resolve associate relations issues
• Communicate the organization and group vision to align the workforce
• Develop and implement performance management plans with business leadership
• Assess and deliver training and development to limit legal exposure
• Serve as the primary point of contact between associates and management for HR policies
