Kalorik, a long-standing kitchen and home appliance company based in Miramar, FL, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR department on-site in the Miami area. You will drive talent acquisition, benefits administration, and strategic HR initiatives to align with Kalorik’s goals.

The ideal candidate has at least 8 years in HR management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a strong understanding of employment laws.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of human resource management experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems; Paycor experience is preferred.

Mansioni

• Partners with CEO and CFO to implement HR strategies and talent planning.
• Provides guidance to leadership on sensitive HR issues and investigations.
• Manages talent acquisition, interviewing, and hiring with department managers.
• Directs and plans group benefits programs and monitors administration.
• Leads performance management and annual evaluations; schedules quarterly check-ins.
• Maintains compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Keeps knowledge up-to-date on HR trends and technology.
• Develops and analyzes HR reports on turnover, staffing, compensation, and benefits.
