Job summary

Kalustyan in Union, NJ is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations on-site. You will administer policies, coordinate benefits, assist with onboarding and offboarding, and ensure compliant HR practices across the organization.

You will maintain HR records, support payroll-related information, and partner with managers on staffing, performance management, and HR projects, training, and continuous improvement in Kalustyan’s quality-driven culture.

Qualifications

Role Description

The Human Resources Generalist is a full-time, on-site role based in Union, NJ, responsible for supporting HR operations across the organization. This role manages day-to-day HR activities, including administering HR policies, handling employee inquiries, coordinating benefits, and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes. The Human Resources Generalist assists with employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and company standards. They help maintain accurate HR records, support payroll-related information, and collaborate with managers to address staffing and development needs. The role also contributes to HR projects, training initiatives, and continuous improvement of HR practices aligned with Kalustyan’s culture of quality and safety.
