Job summary

Builders FirstSource, the nation’s leading supplier of building materials and services, seeks an HR Manager to lead HR strategy and operations for two or more facilities. You’ll oversee recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and training while partnering with leadership to drive engagement and diversity.

The role requires 5–7 years of HR experience with leadership responsibilities and a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; HR certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience across multiple HR disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field; HR certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute HR strategy and oversee operations for 2+ facilities.
• Manage talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and training.
• Partner with leadership to drive workforce engagement and diversity.
• Monitor HR metrics and propose improvement strategies.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and affirmative action.
• Provide mentorship and supervision to HR staff as needed.
