We combine sophisticated wealth management and investment solutions with a highly personalized client experience. We are a modern independent firm focused on long-term growth, operational excellence, and thoughtful collaboration across advisory, investment, operations, and client service teams.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Senior Human Resources Manager to lead the firm's human resources function and serve as a strategic partner to business leadership. This individual will play an important role in shaping and executing people strategies that support our employees, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and align with the firm's continued growth.

Responsibilities will span talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, employee relations, organizational planning, HR compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.
