JBS Foods seeks a Head of Human Resources for MTQ USA, based onsite at Buckeye, AZ. You will oversee strategic HR, partner with executive leadership and drive culture, engagement, and organizational effectiveness across the business unit.

You will lead recruiting, compensation, policy compliance, employee relations, and change management, ensuring adherence to federal/state regulations while aligning HR objectives with the company mission and values.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field required.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in the food industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• Knowledge of local and international HR regulations; 50% travel.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to progress vision and priorities; build the best teams.
• Partner with upper management to develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive culture and champion the company mission and values.
• Lead recruiting, orientation, training, coaching, compensation, and change management.
• Direct HR activities including policy compliance, benefits, performance management, and talent acquisition.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (FMLA, EEOC, ADA).
• Communicate changes in personnel policies and procedures; ensure compliance.
• Research and implement HR programs; provide feedback for improvements.
• Direct EEO and AAP recruiting efforts; counsel managers on performance and employee relations.
• Plan employee engagement and retention initiatives; reduce absenteeism.
