Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year accredited college or university.

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, TEAMS; capable of creating and maintaining spreadsheets; 45 WPM.
• Detail-oriented with ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for labor relations including grievances and arbitration.
• Manage hiring and promotion processes: job descriptions, postings, interviews, tests, eligibility.
• Prepare required reports: master bid list, seniority, demographic, union.
• Implement HR strategies compliant with policies and legal standards.
• Oversee disciplinary actions and HR initiatives; supervise HR staff.
• Coordinate ADA accommodations with supervisors and arrange meetings.
• Administer employee benefits including FMLA and other leave requests.
• Compile and type letters on personnel matters; perform other duties.
