Job summary

Performance Food Group in Cairo, GA is seeking an experienced Human Resources leader to oversee staffing, training, and employee relations for a 24/7 warehouse and office facility employing 250+ associates.

You will report to the operating company president and help implement policies, resolve associate issues, and partner with management to ensure safety, performance, and fair practices across shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field required.
• Demonstrated expertise in employee relations and performance management.
• Experience in staffing, onboarding, and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staffing and coaching across 24/7 warehouse and office facility.
• Assist in staffing vacancies and completing administrative items (I-9, applications).
• Train management on policies and procedures and coordinate delivery of information.
