PriceSenz LLC is seeking a hands-on Senior HR Leader/HR Director to lead the full HR lifecycle and advise executive leadership. The role focuses on strategy and execution across employee relations, benefits, compliance, compensation, and talent management in a technology/ICT environment.

5 days onsite in Dallas with relocation consideration for those outside the DFW area. The ideal candidate has 15–20 years of progressive HR experience, strong knowledge of employment laws, and SHRM-SCP or SPHR

Qualifications

  • 15–20 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong expertise in employment laws and regulations.
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Act as strategic advisor to executive management on HR matters including employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Administer and manage employee benefit programs ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Lead open enrollment and communicate benefits information to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations; monitor legislative changes.
  • Develop, update and enforce HR policies for consistency and compliance.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Oversee and resolve employee inquiries and concerns; provide timely solutions.
  • Conduct investigations into employee relations issues and implement actions.
  • Drive the performance appraisal process and provide guidance to managers and employees.
  • Design and implement performance improvement plans to enhance productivity.
  • Identify training needs and develop training programs with department heads.
  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a hands-on Senior HR Leader / HR Director to lead and manage the full HR lifecycle while serving as a trusted strategic advisor to executive leadership. This individual will play a key role in shaping the organization’s people strategy, organizational development, employee relations, talent management, compliance, and executive compensation programs.

The ideal candidate is an experienced HR leader who can operate at both the strategic and execution levels—advising executives on complex people matters while personally driving HR programs and initiatives. Candidates should have a proven track record in executive compensation, progressive HR leadership, and experience within Technology, Telecommunications, or ICT environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive management on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Administer and manage employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the open enrollment process, including the communication and education of benefits information to employees.
  • Ensure the organization's compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations, staying abreast of legislative changes.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies to maintain compliance and consistency across the organization.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee and resolve complex employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Conduct and oversee investigations into employee relations issues, recommending and implementing appropriate actions.
  • Drive the performance appraisal process, providing strategic guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Design and implement performance improvement plans to enhance employee productivity and organizational effectiveness.
  • Identify organizational training needs and collaborate with department heads to develop and implement effective training and development programs.
  • Facilitate and lead training sessions on various HR-related topics, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including strategic sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 15-20 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Strong expertise in employment laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven track record in strategic talent acquisition and complex employee relations management.
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
