The HR Director will serve as the hands‑on HR leader for an approximately 200‑employee healthcare organization , taking ownership of day‑to‑day HR operations while supporting both clinical and corporate employees. This individual will oversee benefits, retirement administration, payroll accuracy, employee administration, and other core HR functions while providing leadership and mentorship to an existing HR team member. The ideal candidate is an operational HR leader who enjoys being close to the business, can independently manage competing priorities, and is comfortable strengthening structure and processes within a growing organization.
This position offers a competitive base salary of $130,000–$150,000 annually for Director-level candidates , with flexibility for a strong HR Manager ready to step into greater leadership responsibility.
