KPMG LLP in Chicago seeks a Senior Associate to join our Strategy practice, leading HR integrations for complex transactions and collaborating with cross-functional teams on compensation and benefits platforms.

The role requires 3+ years in actuarial or consulting, a Bachelor's degree, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. Travel readiness and visa sponsorship limitations apply. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with the KPMG Strategy group in the United States.

Qualificações

• Minimum three years of actuarial or general consulting experience in valuation, design, administration and implementation of employee benefit and compensation plans at a top firm.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in project management including planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing staff, clients, and partners toward successful completion of a project; on track to attain FSA, EA, CEBS, CCP and/or CEP designations.
• Willingness and ability to travel.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsabilidades

• Perform HR integrations (domestic and global) during mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, carve-outs and similar transactions for Fortune 1000 and middle market clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional integration and separation teams on HR portions of engagements, focusing on compensation and benefits platforms.
• Aid in identifying HR, compensation and benefit plan exposures in HR due diligence.
• Contribute to engagements from scope setting to client-ready deliverables and communication of results.
• Support benchmarking and refinement of compensation programs during transactional or transformational situations.
• Uphold professional integrity and a respectful work environment.
