Job summary

ADP is hiring a Senior Implementation Consultant - HR. This role blends analytics and project management to design and deliver onboarding experiences for HCM products, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from our solutions.

You will partner with clients and internal teams, translate business needs into practical ADP configurations, and drive successful deployments while expanding your expertise through our training and service guidelines. A collaborative culture and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in an implementation or business consulting environment.
• At least 2 years of experience working in Human Resources.
• Strong client relationship skills to influence and guide the client to the best solution.
• Recognize project risks and proactively partner to document and mitigate.
• Learning agility and critical thinking with best practice concepts.
• Excellent analytical, time management, and communication skills (verbal and written).
