Arcadia Products, LLC is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead HR and HSSE oversight for its Vernon, California facility and multi-state U.S. operations. The role reports to the President and maintains a matrix relationship with DMC Global Inc.

The position emphasizes HR operations, employee relations, workforce planning, compliance, and policy execution. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including HR operations and employee relations.
• Experience supporting multi-site and multi-state operations.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, including effective communication with employees in both languages.

Mansioni

• Lead and supervise Arcadia’s HR function and HSSE coordination across multi-state U.S. operations.
• Serve as senior HR business partner to the President and leadership team; align HR/HSSE priorities with business goals.
• Oversee core HR processes (onboarding, records, HRIS, payroll coordination) and enforce standardized practices across Arcadia locations.
• Manage workers’ compensation, workplace injury management, and return-to-work programs in partnership with HSSE and Finance.
• Provide leadership in employee relations, investigations, and policy guidance; partner with Legal and HSSE as needed.
• Coordinate with DMC Global HR and Legal resources on enterprise-wide HR programs and compliance.
