General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (OTS) is seeking a Prin HR Generalist to design, implement and monitor a range of human resource programs, partnering with management to plan long-term HR needs. The role encompasses recruiting, compensation and benefits administration, employee development and labor relations while ensuring policy compliance.

Associate's Degree and 8–10 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Supports HR programs and policies and administers HR services.
Manages recruiting, staffing, compensation and benefits administration, and HR training and development.
Maintains personnel records and HR data; analyzes market HR practices for benchmarking.
Ensures compliance with labor laws and HR regulatory requirements.
Provides guidance on onboarding, employee relations, and policy development.
