Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Experience handling employee relations investigations and performance matters.
• Ability to advise leaders and influence business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary HR support for employees and managers across the United States.
• Advise leaders on employee relations issues, investigations, and performance management.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition for recruitment activities and onboarding.
• Oversee HR operations, employee records, lifecycle transactions, and data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Support engagement surveys and culture initiatives to improve the employee experience.
