Air Sea Packing Group, LLC is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Generalist based in Santa Fe Springs, California. The successful candidate will provide essential HR support while ensuring fair and consistent application of policies across our locations. You will manage various HR responsibilities from recruitment to employee relations.

The ideal candidate must have a background in logistics, exceptional communication skills, and a minimum of 5 years of HR experience, ideally with PHR/SPHR certification.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in human resources generalist roles.
• PHR/SPHR certification is preferred.
• Outstanding relationship skills and analytic abilities.
