Qualifications

• Extensive experience in HR roles with in-depth HR practices and employment laws.
• Bilingual is a plus but not required.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience leading projects or initiatives with successful outcomes.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and ability to explain sensitive information.
• Familiarity with HR best practices and cross-functional integration.
• Ability to mentor and support junior colleagues.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
