Job summary

• Utilize in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge of HR practices to address complex problems and provide effective solutions.

• Work independently with minimal guidance, demonstrating the ability to manage ongoing activities and objectives.

• Act as a resource and mentor for colleagues with less experience, providing support and guidance as needed.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of best practices in HR and how the HR function integrates with other disciplines, while staying aware of competitive factors in the market.

• Solve complex problems by applying new perspectives to existing solutions and exercising sound judgment based on analysis of multiple information sources.

• Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within the team and across related teams, working within broad guidelines and policies.

• Explain difficult or sensitive information clearly to team members and stakeholders, fostering understanding and building consensus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.

• Extensive experience in HR roles, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of HR practices, processes, and employment laws.

• Bilingual is a plus but not required.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop innovative solutions.

• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple priorities effectively.

• Experience leading projects or initiatives, with a track record of successful outcomes.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain sensitive information and build consensus.

• Familiarity with best practices in HR and a good understanding of how HR functions integrate with other areas of the business.

• Ability to mentor and support colleagues with less experience, fostering a collaborative team environment.

• Strong analytical skills, with the capacity to make informed decisions based on data and insights.
