Wolverine Glass Products, a leading custom glass fabricator in Wyoming, Michigan, seeks a hands-on Senior HR Generalist to support employees, partner with leaders, and improve HR processes. The role requires a bachelor’s in HR or related field and 5+ years across HR functions, with Spanish a plus but not required.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll, benefits, and policy updates while safeguarding confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years working across HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, employee relations, and compliance.

Aufgaben

• Lead recruiting, hiring, and onboarding to attract and retain top talent.
• Build relationships with schools and workforce-development organizations to expand talent pipelines.
• Partner with managers on performance, development, training, and succession planning initiatives.
• Coordinate performance reviews and goal setting; monitor certifications renewals.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, attendance, conduct, and workplace concerns.
• Assist with disciplinary actions, separations, and exit processes with confidentiality.
• Administer weekly payroll, PTO tracking, attendance records, and employee files.
• Support benefits administration (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), ESOP, workers' comp).
• Review and update HR policies to ensure safety and compliance with laws.
