Job summary

IntelliPro is seeking a Sr. HR Generalist for a contract engagement in San Jose, CA. You will consult on sensitive work-related issues, including organizational changes, accommodations, and leaves, guiding employees with care and compliance.

You’ll triage inquiries, manage a full HR caseload, and collaborate with Legal, Security, and Employee Relations to improve processes and deliver scalable, high-quality support across the ERC.

Qualifications

• Proven HR expertise with complex topics like changes, leave, and accommodations.
• Strong problem-solving for complex cases with empathy and firmness.
• Independent caseload management with SLA adherence and audit-ready docs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments; meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3-5 years HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultation on sensitive work-related issues such as organization changes, accommodations, and leave-related policies.
• Triage and respond to questions from internal HR teams and assess options.
• Lead intake, triage, and resolution of complex HR inquiries with speed and empathy.
• Leverage case management systems to address employee needs with care and efficiency.
• Partner with Legal, Security, Employee Relations, HRBPs, etc.; communicate at all levels.
• Provide updates on process and policy changes to enable colleagues with clarity.
• Influence and contribute to process improvements for scalability.
• Collaborate on projects that drive impact across the organization.
