Job summary

IntelliPro is seeking an HR Generalist in Union City, CA to handle employee relations, onboarding, training, performance management, and policy implementation. The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 3–4 years’ experience in HR, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 3–4 years of HR Generalist or related experience, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• PHR and/or SHRM-CP certification preferred; ability to work legally in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Advise and implement HR policies and procedures including employee handbooks.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations inquiries and disciplinary matters.
• Participate in developing department goals and continuous improvement.
• Conduct employee relations counseling, onboarding, and exit interviews; monitor performance evaluations.
• Coordinate recruitment, orientations, and onboarding processes.
• Support benefits administration and collaborate with Compensation & Benefits teams.
• Provide training and development to grow staff capabilities.
• Maintain HR information systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Attend staff meetings and contribute to HR initiatives.
