Alliance Nursing Inc. in Woodinville, WA, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to lead hands-on HR operations, guide supervisors through employee challenges, and supervise a small HR admin team.

This full-time, on-site role emphasizes ownership of HR processes, employee relations, coaching managers, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on HR experience in healthcare, strong knowledge of Washington and federal employment laws, and proficiency with HRIS

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive, hands-on HR experience.
• Experience in healthcare HR.
• Strong employee relations experience, including coaching, conflict resolution, and performance management.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and the ability to use AI tools effectively, responsibly, and securely.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to take ownership and follow through independently.

• Partner with supervisors and leadership to resolve employee concerns, improve performance, and strengthen retention.
• HR/admin team supervision, training, and accountability.

• Credentialing oversight and hands-on backup when needed.
• Complete, accurate, securely stored electronic hiring and personnel records.
• HR compliance, reporting, and process improvement.
• Active use of approved AI tools and automation to improve HR workflows.
• Cross-functional backup for recruiting, scheduling, and administration.

Senior Human Resources Generalist

Hands‑On HR Operations Lead | Alliance Nursing

Woodinville, WA | Full-Time, On-Site | Monday-Friday, Daytime Hours | $43-$50/hour DOE ($89,440–$104,000 Annualy)

We're seeking an experienced, hands‑on healthcare HR professional who can take ownership of company-wide HR operations, guide supervisors through employee challenges, lead our small HR administrative team, and turn problems into practical solutions.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys employee relations, coaching managers, solving problems, and improving how things get done. You'll lead by example, take initiative, follow through on responsibilities, and step in wherever needed to keep HR operations running smoothly.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• WHAT YOU BRING

  Required Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive, hands‑on HR experience
  • Experience in healthcare HR
  • Strong employee relations experience, including coaching, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms and the ability to use AI tools effectively, responsibly, and securely
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to take ownership and follow through independently
  • Comfortable working in a hands‑on HR role and collaborating across departments

  Preferred Experience & Qualifications

  • Experience in home health, home care, or other healthcare settings
  • Strong knowledge of Washington State and federal employment laws, including leave administration, L&I, and employment compliance
  • Experience leading teams, coaching supervisors, or supporting HR process improvements
  • Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR)
