PERI in Elkridge, MD is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to partner with managers and employees on employee relations, policy interpretation, performance management, engagement, and compliance with employment laws. You will act as a trusted advisor to frontline and mid-level managers and collaborate with HR Shared Services and Learning & Development.
A post-secondary degree and 3–5 years of HR experience are required; proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems is expected.
The main purpose of PERI’s Senior HR Generalist (SHRGEN) position is to partner with managers and employees to provide guidance and support on employee relations, policy interpretation, performance management, employee engagement, and compliance with employment laws. The SHRGEN does this by serving as a trusted advisor to frontline and mid-level managers, helping to address workplace concerns and ensure consistent application of company policies and practices. Leveraging PERI’s resources, the SHRGEN collaborates closely with HR Shared Services, Learning & Development (Academy), and other HR functions to support business objectives and employee success. In addition, it is the responsibility of the SHRGEN position to support organizational and departmental changes as needed.
The allocated salary for this position is $75,000.00 to $90,000.00.
